Those heaters are great I’ve used them for years. I also put a small box fan up high and turn it on low to push the heat back down that rises. It doesn’t take much of s fan and it really helps. Great video STAY WARM 👍😎✌️

Awesome video brothers. Thanks for sharing. I don't heat up my 40x60 shop. Have propane heaters in the ceiling but would cost an arm and leg to heat it. I just dress warm and get to work. Usually in the winter it is around 50 degrees inside. Well insulated. Keep the content coming. Hope you have an incredible weekend. Much love and RESPECT to all of you

My neighbor picked one of these up a couple of years ago so we could all watch the fight on his back porch in November. Works pretty well outside even, as long as you're in front of it. If it heats your 900sq ft garage, mine that's about half that might get toasty warm.

Awesome, hahaha! Yes, a shop half the size, you could work in with a t-shirt! Thanks for watching!

20 Degrees?! Here in Texas we don't worry about heating the shop because by that temperature we have all ready shut the state down. Great review yall, looks like a great heater!

Good video. I have one that died at the end last winter. I put it in the corner because I figured it was fixable but didn't know how. Now I can get it running again. Perfect timing on the video it will be getting cold here in WI pretty soon.

I use something similar but, it uses diesel fuel or kerosene instead. I can get my 3 car garage to 90 degrees when it's in the teens outside. Great Video!!

My garage is 830 sf. I use a single panel "Buddy" heater and a electric tower heater. Depending how much time I spend in my garage, I'll get 7-10 days out of one 5 gallon propane tank. Using both warms it up to 55 ish degrees after about 3 hours.

Hey Housemen. Good video. I had a heater like that when I first started working in my shop. But I got tired of running out of gas. So I installed a Natural gas furnace. Now that's the cat's ASS. Thanks for sharing.🍁👍👍

Awesome Andy! We have a wood stove that's going in next.

@@IronHorseGarage Oh Yea. I did the wood stove for the very first year as well. It is cheap to run seeing I have a bush lot, but when I got busy playing with my truck, the fire would burn out, and then it took an hour to get the heat back. Another pain in the ASS. Maybe, I'm just too fussy and a whiner?

I have one of those, my shop is 1536sqft, and I need to do more insulating. Lots of air escapes right now so my shop never warms up with the small propane unit. I have a larger kerosene heater, two of them because I just bought another. The old one needs cleaned because it makes my eyes water and tries to asphyxiate me.. heh. If its below 20 outside I don't even bother going to the shop because all I get done is standing in front of the heater. That means January and February I don't get much done, plan to fix that this year. I am working on another system using hot water with baseboard heaters, the inside stuff is pretty straight forward, how the water gets heated is the interesting part. A 20' diameter 10' to 20' tall pile of woodchips and sawdust, soaked with water, and there is 600' of 3/4" sprinkler tubing running through it, you can make the tubing larger, up to 2", but my heat exchangers are 3/4" so I went with that for everything. I've always had trouble getting enough woodchips to make enough heat, and currently my shop is completely full so getting around to install everything is a problem. It should make 140F water passing about a gallon per minute when its big enough. 20' diameter will last about 6 months. The cool part is once the stuff is composted and no longer makes heat, you can use it to grow food. No need for fertilizer and the plants growing in it will use a lot less water. I bought a small dump trailer this year because renting one cost too much and I didn't have it long enough to get the chips and sawdust. So now I can move as much as I have fuel to move, if I can find woodchips and sawdust somewhere. I live in a forest so its not terribly difficult to get the stuff. Need to build racks to increase how much I can carry in the trailer so I can make fewer trips. If I can build another one this year I will make a video of it and show how long it works, with the heat I get from it. Once again the truck is the problem.
