Static stretching is not the first thing you want to do in the morning. When you’re asleep your muscles are cold and pulling at them could be detrimental. Let’s ease into it with some dynamic mobility moves as demonstrated in this video. Follow your natural range of motion and take it nice and slow. Do each for 30-60 seconds.
