This is a 10-minute morning yoga stretch and full body mobility flow suitable for all levels as an everyday yoga practice. Use this as a morning mobility routine to help to build flexibility and strength.

Did this in the evening, because of acute laziness all day and this was the only thing I could convince myself doing. Now am feeling great for moving and also for being a little morning/evening switching rebel :)

I love this quick morning routine. I've been having some issues with my hip flexor and periformis muscle due to cycling. This definitely helps to wake them up to start my day with more fluidity. Thank you.

Great to get back into Yoga. 10 minutes is very doable for almost anyone which is what makes this video great. I will be doing this every morning and then I will build up to the 60 to 90 lovely sessions. The peace I have experienced before by doing Yoga regularly is something I choose to bring back into my life. Thank you for this starter.

I like Manduka mats, they’re expensive but they last forever. I’ve had less issues using one of these mats 😉
