I thought of it differently for mghb, I said that the h was the perimeter of the 3 quarters circle... Got 1.5m/s and and I am totally sure about my answer. The box moved down the whole wire and cut the whole distance not as you thought.... Your answer didn't make sense to me at all cuz the box traveled the whole circular distance. 29:00

The h inside the potential energy term mgh is just the vertical position, not the distance traveled. You just need the height at the beginning and the height at the end.
