Awesome feedback and thank you! The tool that we use to heat stake our clips down leave a little bit of slag and we are aware of it. It hasn’t caused any issues by leaving it on. We understand it is not the ideal solution and we will be looking to update the tool in order to clean that up in the near future!

I guess my only problem with it is the $515 price tag. Winkler makes the Dynamis, but they also make a Defense Dagger in 80CrV2 priced at $325. I know 3V is better than 80CrV2, but I'm not sure it's $200 better.

Not a fan of the sheath at all. The retention is wicked tight. In you’re time with the knife does that tend to lighten up?

Yes, it loosens up over time. However I put a lot of reps with both the trainer and live blade in practice. Been carrying the elvia knife by turner cnc and eds manifesto recently and find it easier to conceal. Their both decent knives and their customer service is great. Hope that helps a little.

For the price, it should come a hell of a lot sharper than that. 🙄

I hope they are doing a better job of sharpening in 2021. I'm buying one as soon as they are back in stock. My Winkler Contingency and Operator are very sharp; and both were recently purchased.

I’d be curious to know when you do get it. I found that plastic sheath kind of dulls the blade over time as well if your practicing drawing it.

@@bitehandlebites , That sucks about the sheath. Good replacement sheaths are expensive; and my favorite sheath maker, Black Bear Custom Kydex, has closed their books for the near future. I'll probably hold off on the Dynamis Alliance knife, and go after a Toor Knives Darter, an RMJ Tactical UCAP, or a Half Face Blades SHPOS, instead. I prefer front horizontal carry for self-defense, anyway. Thanks for your video, and your honesty. $600.00 is a lot to pay for a knife that needs better sharpening and a better sheath.
