A girl sits in a dark room typing computer code into an analogue typewriter - possibly my favourite scene yet, maybe even better than a hotdog playing in the soundtrack's synth-line on a wineglass. This series continues to blow me away with its creativity. Beautiful.

The cinematography of the opening scene around the city is so cool! It honestly looks like it was taken with an actual camera, and that's saying something seeing this was made 8 years ago.

Wait what is this ? Dynamo had it's first episode, then second came, then part 2 of first episode came recently, but actually 11 years before you've got fourth episode with young Ian Hubert on it? Is this a multi-dimensional series or what the heck is happening ?
@frostythesnowplant93294 ай бұрын
The episodes on Ian Hubert's channel are Dynamo Dream which is set in the same world but has a different storyline from Dynamo. Also Dynamo Dream is sort of a soft reboot of Dynamo, though as far as I can tell the only change is that the zombies from Dynamo got replaced by giant crabs in Dynamo Dream.

I have a theory that King, Axle Rubix and Les North are from the same race or group, as they all appear to have similar teleportation powers that emits a blue light and generate blue particles when used. Les North, by the way, is the blonde haired dude in Episode 5, who Episode 6 is revealed to be the founder of the city of Shade and the creator of "the Cure" mentioned in Episode 5 as well episode, and then in Episode 6. Axle and Les also show this teleportation power for the first time in Episode 5.

Will you be releasing a dvd/bluray of this when it's finished? Because I would love to own a copy. Also, are you selling the score? By the way, were you guys inspired by Scott Pilgrim to do the scene with Mann's Ex? Is that why there is a Scott pilgrim poster when King flees?

I dont understand the plotline. It is all a bit of a mystery with no cohesion. I love the cinematography. As long as you view these 'episodes' as a demo reel then its very good... There is no real continuity between episodes... Is there supposed to be?
@Luka11803 жыл бұрын
But there’s going to BE cohesion. It’s one of those kind of series where you just have to keep watching for things to come fully together :) And actually, there IS continuity. It’s just not that clear yet. But there is some, yes. But it’s not all in order, I think, and they jump between different characters at times. There’s apparently many main characters. I think that’s pretty cool. I love unconventional storytelling like this.
@commodore73312 жыл бұрын
there is cohesion between episodes but you have to kind of string it together yourself, the next episode continues axle and gage running from the superintelligence after this event, and a good bit of episode 6 follows a random passerby that witnessed the 2 airships crashing

Exiting story with the girl as main character, and then a cliffhanger at the end! Second episode: Nice action, Exiting and Good visuals! Begins with a scene from the end of Episode One, but thats all. Does not connect or catch up with that. Third episode: Hmmmm... strange travelling, mysterious creatures that dont make any sense.... Zero connection to previous episodes... confusing ending. Fourth episode: Meaningless Wannabe story, Empty, Amateurish episode. There are no words for how stupid this is. Total lack of quality and imagination. A waste of time.
