I have played every single 1. I love these games. DW 9 was definitely a let down. I played the demo and really enjoyed it. Cant wait till this game comes out!

Playing it now after purchasing Early Access. This is a must buy game. It takes me back to when I first played Dynasty Warriors 3 as a kid.

No co-op and a bland nonspeaking protagonist seems like a HUGE miss for a modern game, especially for DW. I hope it's good b/c most reviewers have given it a LOT of hype. But the demo was almost too dang difficult for casual players even on the lowest difficulty so...I guess we will see on Friday

Game is definitely not for the casual but it gets easier the more you play it it also reminds of the old dw like 3 and 4 with the difficulty it’s awesome game tho! Definitely the best dw game I ever played and I played every single one of them

Saying no co op makes a game a miss is just ignorant. Some of the most successful games lately have been single player focused games.

Im one of the few who didnt like the demo. I like the visual upgrade but i dont want to turn my brain on playing these games. I know some ppl like the added challenge but i just want to smash enemies without thinking haha

You can name him and there's one in game outfit change aside from that no you cannot customize the character. You can temporarily play as 9 technically 10 (but that's a spoiler) legacy characters .

Yeah, seems to be way too overhyped to even claim this is "the best musou" ever when this is another game with feature reductions compared to past series. Doesn't seem to have co-op mode either. Really sick of all these hyperboles.
