Flying Sparks Garage have you done any suspension work at all? My cars bone stock but i want to change out the bushings in the rear end. My car gets scary wheel hop off the line and i thinks its the mushy suspension lol. Also what kind of motor/tranny mounts are you using? I get a lot of play in my entire drive train and i dont like it. But i guess its normal for stock... I love your car. And i want to build mine up. I dont want to ask a million questions lol so ill stop here

I’m the same as proud owner of a HSV Clubsport LS3 R8 6.2L after 10 years decided to modifier her with few stages and as naturally aspirated it’s got about 320RWKW & 980+nm up front and aiming at doing the 427 stroker to 7 litres which will be monsterous daily street car which be around 1100nm and 460kw naturally aspirated.

That's is very cool what you have done here! My gto dropped a valve on startup after heads and cam swap and I was so heart broken. She now gets a health 408 gen lll block with all the goodies. Awesome build!

Beautiful Car mate, I own a 2007 VE Commodore SSV the equivalent to the Pontiac G8, it has a L98 6.0L which is similar to the L92 which you guys have in the US, 6 liter with LS3 top end and like you I just love my car and find any excuse to take it for a run, it has T56 6 speed and I've just installed a mantic dual plate clutch which just grips compared to the factory clutch, I would love to own a Monaro similar to your GTO but I would never sell my Commodore lol, I fully understand how you just love your car and I had to share my story with you and everyother car nut out there, keep up the good work and safe journeys where ever you and your GTO go 😁👍👌👏

In Australia your red Roxy is called a Holden Monaro it was a new version of the old hq monaro 70s model they are a hot street car with power nice work should check out the Australian Hsv Gts they are the baddast v8 in Australia

This is honestly one of the most beautiful cars ever made. I live the fact that it is unique and that it gives one of the best drives I've ever had. Collin Vasko bought an 06 about 3 montha ago and i love it. Check the fuel rail covers at the fuel line.. They cut into the line and can start an engine fire. Found out on a forum and mine were worn. Easy fix is to remove them or get braided lines.... Thats the only "problem" they have really

I was in Australia in late 2002 working for my dad planting corn in the Gippsland area of eastern Victoria. I saw several of the 2 door Holden Monaro’s which is what that car was built from. I brought two Holden Monaro brochures home with me. I also have an Aussie Ford Mustang Cobra brochure also but I don’t remember if it’s from my 1999 or 2002 trips to Australia.

The CV8 is Like The GTO .Then in UK .U have a Vauxhall VXR which is a Monaro 5.7or 6.0 But all are GM Long Live V8 ?

I got my DS from Kollar Racing. I got a new Borla Exhaust from Summit last week. I love the new deep rumble. Vrooom Vrooomm! After I get that would you suggest getting her tuned?

Beautiful story and great achievement..I plan on doing same to my 02 Pontiac firebird..it has LS1 in it..but its LS6 block..many late 02 firebird 5.7 received LS6 block but still build like LS1..LS6 block is like 50x stronger..I want same as what she said..I'm building it for me for my own personal performance and experiemce..want same thing 500+ rear wheel HP and more torgue than hp to wheels..

I cant help but notice you have a E series PCM likely E40 anyway it should use LS2 style side block mounted knock sensors. But I see your using a LS6 valley cover with top mounted knock sensor bosses? Just wondering what the deal is with that?

I don't know why these GTO's got so much hate. They are streamlined and shaped like a domed bullet. Awesome design and performance. I would love to get 500 hp out of my LS1, but the parts are too radical for that and I dont like a super choppy idle. Great car.

whoa another sap red 05 goat, only seen 3 on the internet other than the one in my driveway! Planning some pacesetter long tubes, fast 92 and a cam sometime this summer hoping for around 470 wheel, what are your thoughts? As we speak its making 353 on a mustang dyno with a cai. Honestly once i get the intake and lt's ill do a 100 shot and im hoping for high 10's

I did a bunch of upgrades to mine and ignored the suspension and tires. I found out going down the track all that power is useless unless you can hook up. A good set of Nitto drag radials really help.

kevin122759 hell after the headers and intake im sitting at 380whp, and with the 3.90 gears it struggles to get traction in second on the stock tires. Definitely need some fat hoosiers if i want to get some good times!

Sean Kessens have a look at left exhaust wobbling all over the place just needs an exhaust rubber but looks terrible when car sounds so good.. and I know these cars very well but even a half blind person can see that. See at 2:45. And even further in the video all that work and a left exhaust that looks about to fall off open eyes
