Hi matthias, did you need to do much re jetting after exhaust was fitted?
@MatthiasVermeersch4 жыл бұрын
No running same jetting as with the OEM pipe. Main jet 185(summer) 190(winter) idle jet 55, OEM needle

Why no results ??

I have a picture of the dyno curve, I forgot to put it into the movie. The bike has +-51.5 hp and has a bit less torque with the DEP compared to the HGS pipe but more overrev with the DEP

Hi matthias, you mentioned that you have installed a v force Reed valve, just wondering have you left the oem reed spacer in with the v force? Thanks
@MatthiasVermeersch4 жыл бұрын
Yes i left the spacer in. There are dyno results with and without the spacer. Without the spacer you loose 1 hp over the whole curve. You can find it somewhere on thumpertalk

@@MatthiasVermeersch cool, thanks matthias, I've just fitted my v force looking forward to testing it this weekend now, tempted to put a dep system on as it's stock at the moment, I'd there much improvement over stock?

@@jdc9128 torque will be about the same but you will have a wider powerband and much more overrev. You can read everything on vitalmx. Hgs pipe gives more torque than the dep but a bit less overrev. www.vitalmx.com/forums/Bike-Builds,46/A-new-YZ250-build,1359102?exclusive_forum_user=false&page=1

@@MatthiasVermeersch just rode with the v force installed, can't belive the difference, bike is super snappy and responsive, not sure if I prefer stock reeds, especially when you get tired the bike becomes difficult to control.
