I had this problem where when you switch gears, the torque converter disengages and you get a delay. Any clue why is that?

I have 2020 86 gt, I talked to my local turbo dealer and he said the autos start slipping at around 320hp? Can anyone confirm ?

They handle mid 300s without issues. We've done a few without problems.

FT86 Automatic transmission can handle 350whp stock without problem, Manual transmission at 350whp need upgrade clutch. Auto for life boy.
