I am OCD as well brother. I know it well. Sometimes it causes me problems. But sometimes it makes stuff really good or even great. Very interesting video brother. I'm new to your channel. I'm glad KZbin popped it up. I'm going to have to check out so.e of your other videos. Thank you for sharing the tuning process.

The turbo TBSS I mentioned in reply to you had this same setup initially except it's 2wd swapped, had a 3200 stall and blowing thru a single 3 inch exhaust. I've never seen that hump in the wideband like you have before. Oh... This TBSS had an LS7 MAF due to the intake the owner installed. I blame the MAF.

Awesome info in this... One question that I don't think you've ever commented on: You lock the converter for your dyno runs, but I've saw many "transmission tuners/builders/etc" in forums say to never lock the stock single disc converter at WOT. Are they being overly cautious/is there something you adjust in the tune first? (I know about setting the desired slip values to 0 regardless of WOT or not) but anything else?

I know it’s a old video but just found your video’s and subscribed. I’m trying to learn and your video’s are the most detailed. But I thought the wideband had to be set up behind the y-pipe or in the middle of x-pipe

Yeah it’s actually kinda rare for me to get a TBSS in with the newer ECM. I’m sure I’ll have an E40 vehicle come in soon.

How do you get around the inj tip temp being rich after reflash? I zeroed it out, but then it goes lean after reflash

Matt, I'm having a issue were my twin turbo Silverado started showing boost at idle instead of vac, tried new map, no luck, any ideas? Ty in advance

@matt sanford was the ecm changed out on this truck? It shows e67 on your hpt but I thought tbss came with e38? Just wondering if it got swapped with the engine? Also please let us know which laptop you choose in the future to replace your toughbook. Thanks for all the info, you're great.

It hadn’t been. I thought it was E38 also but apparently they are E67. I haven’t tuned many of this new of TBSS. I also seem to end up tuning all the E40 TBSSs.

​@@Matt_SanfordI was going to tell you that. Got an 07 TBSS here with a Huron Speed turbo kit on it. LS3 with gapped rings and BTR stage 2 turbo cam. Still tweaking on it. I'm tuning it.

Is the madd maxx cam a better choice for a 6.0? I’m trying to find a cam that sounds good but performs well for the Lz1 hybrid Tahoe engine going in my obs

Call NK Performance and Racing and talk to Bobby about what camshaft is recommended for your application. Thats who I recommend everyone to. You won’t be disappointed.

LSA is to large, it make more power across the board if you got it tighter.
