Is there a service on your site for someone like me? I got a 2017 Silverado LTZ with the 6.2, a few months back one of the DOD lifters failed and bent a pushrod. I bought a DOD delete kit from texas speed, got that done and the DOD turned off in the ECM. I added long tube headers and a true dual exhaust and now need the proper adjustments made to correct any fuel/air issues. Not really looking for big power, just some adjustments.

could I possibly use an sct cord for the hptuners software on my laptop? it's hdmi to obd2 so I figured I could hook mu laptop up and lod the file on

First I would like to say thank you for your videos they are very helpful. I'm having a problem with getting the speedo to calibrate truck is a 2008 chevy 2500 6.0 4x4 stock tire size is LT245/75/R16E current tire size is LT285/70/R17E I've used Tacoma World like you suggested 32.71 is what comes up I subtracted .5 = 32.21 like you also suggested and it's still reads slow for example 50 MPH on dash = 53 MPH on GPS I've played with the numbers up and down and I just can't get it correct. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. P.S. I'm new to tuning for me I have a lot into tuning equipment and schooling (HPA) I have learned a lot from your channel more so then schooling don't get me wrong (HPA) is awsome but the way you go in depth has helped me immensely.

I am still struggling with how to edit channels when disconnected from the car(I created a log and saved it will a bunch of pids). When I open a log, the channels selection is empty and won't allow me to add channels. Also, it's now showing channels I was using when logging. I think I may be missing some step, thoughts?

So I got around to trying bluecat and when I did the tune the car went straight for 6th gear no matter what I was doing lol. Clearly I messed something up hahaha I had a feeling the numbers I was adding to the table didn't add up but I'll try again later. It's easy to write the old tune anyways.

Man I need help tuning my 2001 gmc sierra 4x4 I have the summit 150-153 engine, cam specs 222/[email protected] .545”/.545” 112 lsa with deatschwerks injectors, part number 35u-01-0044-8, summit coil packs, sum-850504r, msd wires, bbk long tube headers, bbk 85mm throttle body, with cold air intake.. got a new transmission 4l60e from monster transmission with upgraded parts, 2000 stall converter I think please give me a shout asap I’d like to speak with you if possible

Hey Matt, in part one you mentioned the FPCM fuel trims should reset when you write a new tune to that module. I’m not seeing this on my 2015 Camaro with the E38 ECU. Is there a trick to make this work?

Have you Dyno tuned before and after for a 5.3l with a truck Norris i have seen Richard holdener on the engine Dyno pick up like 60 to 67 hp just wondering how that works out at the wheels

The battery, exhaust, and other basic issues should have been fixed before the cam was installed.

How do you get the engine to shift at 6800rpm I have a 15 tahoe and can not get my truck to shift past 6000rpm I used the blue cat and it will just hold the gear at 6k rpm and falls on its face?

Man I’m glad I found your KZbin. I’m just starting out on HP tuners and I’m about to binge watch you entire channel before I start building this gen4 Ls. Just completed a dod delete on my wife 6.2 l86 and it gave me the itch to build my Tahoe into a little tastefully modded street truck. Hope your videos help me get there, idk anyone who tunes locally so thanks in advance.

Hey Matt can you do one of these for the 99-02 gen 3? I cannot for the life of me find the throttle cracker for my 02 turbo tune with a mild cam and mild converter, when approaching stop signs the idle will drop and the engine wants to die. I was going to try adding spark to the low idle recovery table but didn't know if that would be the right way to do it or it would even come into play when driving. TH400 with working VSS.

Awesome Matt《☆》I have a 2014 Charger Pursuit 5.7 HEMI car. It came from Tennessee Law Enforcement. It looks like the roads are salted up there. Fortunately mine's still running good on the stock engine at 117k Police miles 8600 engine hours 4700 idle hours. If I hang onto it & the engine starts making noise then I may just trade it in on another Pursuit with lower miles. It's got plenty of horsepower for me as a daily driver. I'll probably do a mid muffler delete but leave the resonators on at the back. They sound Pretty good that way & not too loud. Nice job btw. I'm not aware of any good Mopar shops here in Northeast Florida✌🏼😎☯️

Change the cam if it starts ticking its easy you could do it in 2 days your self and save your self thousands instead of replacing the car to a different car thats gonna have the same problem

@@Felipe-fy4wz 《☆》That's an option I've thought about. I'm not set up for doing it myself. Most Legit Shops in Jax Florida don't do MDS delete for obvious reasons. They would rather change the Engine as Labor cost is about the same & it's easier to Warranty a Professionally rebuilt Engine. They will do Cam swaps with OEM MDS intact. Nobody here seems to speak MOPAR. Now that I've owned a Charger Pursuit I know what to look for if I ever decide to buy another one. The Dealers like to import cars from the Rust belt into Florida.✌🏼😁☯️

Thanks for all you do. Your help is greatly appreciated. I followed this video when upgrading to ID1050x injectors in our 2010 Camaro. Everything worked great. Afterwards just messing around with HP Tuners I noticed going under the Fuel System / Fuel Control Module tabs that the data for "flow rate vs pressure" and "minimum Inj PW" is the same as it was before the Inj swap. This is not the original FPCM for the car. It was changed when converting to the LPE dual fuel pump setup. I also noticed that the ID Excel spec sheet has a flow rate table with the same axis header numbers as does the "flow rate vs pressure" under the Fuel System / Fuel Control Module tab in HP Tuners. Do I need to change these values under the FPCM also ? Thanks

Hey I'm new to tuning... I bought mpvi3 trying to turn off the rear o2 sensors. Working on 05 sierra 5.3l. Went to engine diag then DTCs there's a bold block behind the error mode column and the ses enable column. Any help would b great thank you

So I plan on doing the AFM/DOD delete on my 2012 gmc Sierra. I was considering getting HP tuners before even getting my 2012 Sierra. I was planning on getting it for my 2001 Sierra. Looks like the HP Tuners program is a must have in today’s world. I wish i bought it 5 years ago maybe i wouldn’t be so nervous now.
