Is the engine the same with k20a3(rsx type base) and k20z2(fd2 non type r asia)?

this accord has the K24A3, a really great and strong K motor that is often used in K swapped civics

Aryoseno , that motor is a CL9(with a k24A3 engine), this Engine makes about 190bhp stock. It's is widely used in civic swaps. I just bought stock one about a week ago with 130km on odeometer (09)

What engine is this? 2.0? Interested as I have a K24 engined 7th gen Accord (although an estate). And I believe you can reflash those as well for solid gains?

Looks like a 2.4 you can see it on the engine cover

Yes you can get them reflashed, by K24 reflasher. Search online. Vtec is changed to 4600 rpm to 7600 rpm and more low down torque. Reflashed you can get up to 220bhp without any other mods

@@mrwaqy Not true. Reflash alone won´t get you nowhere near 220. k24a3 in accords are super restriced from factory, you will need some mods to really open the potential.

hey mate, using the Hondata. BYP plugged it in and tuned it up, i think i paid a few hundred for the ECU used.

oh is this a k20? i was confused my k24 makes 140stock so i was like. why so littler and then ohh. i need to flash my ecu to get updated with moden settings. also need to get RACQ to repair the back end sine some asain guy in a merc drove in to it when it was parked out side my house... when i was asleep. i bet he was on his phone. its a side street that im literly the only one parked on and its 3 lanes wide..

Itr dc2 Rolling starts on the highway I got a light flywheel/clutch kit Exhaust manifold sportscat Lightweight 17" wheels Shaved the inside off the airfilterbox and dropped in k&n panel filter. Carbon hood with air scoops rr mugen style.carbon trunk. Shaved my trunk.just spare wheel left. All the sound deadning plates on the floor Shaved some weight in the engine room ect But carpets and seats are still here I The itr dc2 my friend has .has gotten 240 hp
