Dyson Airwrap curls my hair gently and effectively that the curls last me for 4 days. This Dyson Airwrap review and Dyson Airwrap tutorial will show you how to curl long hair and the Dyson Airwrap tips I've learned since I bought my Dyson a year and a half ago. I believe the Dyson Airwrap is worth the money because it curls the hair, it works perfectly at taming frizzy hair and it's gentle on the hair because it uses considerably less heat than a curling iron. I hope you enjoy this Dyson Airwrap tutorial for long hair and especially for frizzy hair.

Thank you for learning with me how to curl the hair with the Dyson AirWrap! I hope you enjoy the same love for the AirWrap as I do! My favorite part is how much less heat it uses than a curling iron... how about the part where I actually grab the Dyson in my hand? Can't do that with a curling iron!

Thanks so much for sharing, I think it’s a really great point about leaving your hair more wet because drying it while it’s curling with air is what literally sets it into place. That’s why overnight curls work so well, they are literally drying in that position and are set, so it makes sense why your curls would fall out if your hair was dried straight and then you try to “dry” the curls into place with hardly any moisture. Thanks again I’m looking forward to getting mine and trying this!!

Dyson should pay you for this video, it’s awesome. I bought my Dyson last week and I’ve been struggling with making it hold my curls, I’m gonna try it again tomorrow using your tips, hopefully it’ll hold. Either way I love the Dyson airwrap as it smoothens my hair without extreme heat 😋💕

I am SHOOK 😱 I’ve wanted the Airwrap since it came out what like 2 years ago, I absolutely love the concept and ease of it but so many youtubers highlighted that it’s curls fall out in less than a day 😞 this video is perfection! Maybe I can get it for my bday coming up soon 😋 ah thanks for sharing girl, I really appreciate it!

I saw some of those videos before I bought mine. I heard about the AirWrap from Marianna Hewitt, she’s a very big Instagram influencer. I kept looking at her pictures on Instagram and I finally decided to buy it. It’s been the best investment I did for my hair health.

This is the best and prettiest dyson wrap tutorial I've seen. How do you sleep on it to protect the curl?
@Lifestylewithadela
@Lifestylewithadela 4 жыл бұрын
Awe! Thank you! I don't have a special way to protect my hair while I sleep. I just let my hair loose and lay on it as I want. However, I don't use a brush on hair hair at all only a wide tooth comb and that does help keeping the curls because it doesn't pull on the hair as much as a brush.

They have! My hair used to be so, so dry when I was using a curling iron to style my hair because of the heat. I've been using the Dyson for a year and a half now and... I don't say this to brag... my hair feels like silk. The Dyson is much gentler on my hair and styles it better. I'm so happy I found it!

you’re hair looks great! Just so you know you don’t have to hit the temperature button do get cool, you can push up the on and off button for a cool shot! you can hold it there to keep it cool as well, makes things much easier
@Lifestylewithadela
@Lifestylewithadela 4 жыл бұрын
Several ladies told me about that button being easier but I always found switching the temperature button up and down... fitting better to how I handle the Dyson. I find it harder with the cool shoot of cool air because I have to keep holding that button. If I release it, the hair goes back to hot. Tomorrow I may give the cool shot button another try... who knows😊

I don't use any products in my hair before styling my hair. The only thing I use is some of the Kevin Murphy Young Again oil when my hair is all done and I need to smooth out some of the flyaways. I do sleep on my hair; I don't pull it up.

I do work full time😬. How I manage it all... that's my main struggle right now because it's a lot; most days I work from 8am to midnight with a 45 minute break for dinner. I did hire a second assistant in November and she's doing an amazing job and I'm able to delegate more responsibilities to her as she's learning. I’ve tried ALL levels of hair “wetness” with my Airwrap and my curls are OUT before I go to bed!!! I do know you have to dry your Roots thoroughly before using the curling barrels. Wet or damp roots drop the curls so fast.
@Lifestylewithadela
@Lifestylewithadela 4 жыл бұрын
Hmmm... that's very frustrating! Did you try to go up on the heat setting? The other possibility there are some hair types that just don't hold curls. One of my friend's daughters, I tried curling her hair years ago with a curling iron... which is very intense heat... but her hair was back straight within minutes! Her hair type is very straight and slick... almost silky. I wonder if your hair type is similar...

same...mine drop in like 5 minutes...I was begging my husband for sooo long for this Dyson, and now I can actually cry because I feel it's wasted money....my hair keeps curls in for like three days with a wand...I'm so sad about this...
@Lifestylewithadela
@Lifestylewithadela 4 жыл бұрын
@@stefaniecolapinto That is very disappointing! The wand uses a lot more heat, have you tried to use the highest heat setting on the Dyson to see if it helps... though even the highest heat setting on the Dyson is not as hot as the wand...
@stefaniecolapinto
@stefaniecolapinto 4 жыл бұрын
@@Lifestylewithadela I have...sadly this does not last either. I also like volume at the roots as well, but I cannot hold the highest heat setting so close to my head. My curls open up within 5 minutes of curling my hair. Can you help me?
@Lifestylewithadela
@Lifestylewithadela 4 жыл бұрын
3 things might be the issue: 1. Maybe your hair requires more heat. If you were to use a curling iron, does your hair hold the curl? If it does, then use the higher heat setting on the Dyson. 2. How wet is your hair when you start curling your hair? I’ve noticed the wetter my hair is, the better it holds its curls. 3. Your natural hair texture just doesn’t curl. A few years ago, I went to fix a friend of mine’s daughter hair for her graduation. I brought my curling iron to curl her hair but her hair was back straight within minutes of taking the curling iron out. Her hair wouldn’t curl. I wonder if you have similarly hair texture. Her hair is thick and feels... very silky. Some of her ancestors are American Indian so she inherited that long, silk like hair... I’m not sure what are the best words to describe it😊

It is tough to tell without seeing your hair. It depends on how wavy your hair is and if it’s very humid where you live. If you end up buying the Dyson, you can always return it if you’re not happy with it.
