Sound quality without noise cancellation vs with. Hiss sound. Ear pressure. More info in modes and eq. Can it be used and it saved without having a phone app.

Oddly there is in the written review that that mentions sound an it looks like it may have overemphasised bass at the expense of upper mid range frequencies. You can find the review here www.tomsguide.com/audio/headphones/dyson-ontrac-headphones-review There isn’t much comment on comfort though as they are heavy at 450g/ 15.9 ounces which , for context, is 65g/2.3 ounces more than the AirPod Max.

Thought it was assumed that wireless noise canceling headphones are not HI-FI and their main marked doesn't care that much (or can't notice that much) about differences in sound quality. I mean, Sony's and Bose's headphones tend to have a LOT of bass that actually sounds kinda bad, but that in these reviews (focused on characteristics aside from SQ) that excessive bass is considered something good. So, even if sound quality had been mentioned, it would have been a very subjective interpretation. Even in "HI-FI" channels subjectivity is still king.

have several brands of headphones, Sennheiser momentum, JBL, AirPod pro, Beats fit pro, so I find it difficult to go from paying 100 dollars less for a Sennheiser to paying 500 for a brand without the experience and trust that Sennheiser has, for example.

I do love the look of these but i also love the momentum 4 which sounds better and has better battery life. The design is impeccable though. The designer should get with nothing and make a nothing headphone. It would mesh with their asthetics nicely.

Dyson has a really bad track record in my book. My V10 Vacum has maximum 10 minutes battery after 3 years. My Dyson fan, I have not been able to get new filters for 2 years. Its also extremly plastic, everything feels like cheap plastic that squeeks whenever it moves. I doubt it will be worth $500. Both Bose and Sony has cheaper alternatives with the best ANC and sound.

Better quality than all the plastic toy junk overpriced Sony / Bose headphones on the market which are junk - I also own the Dyson Zone which allows a wired connection as well amd they do sound very good amd all metal - very little plastic and hefty because they are built like a tank and should be for this price. I also use Focal Celestee - closed back - made in France - non- wireless - focal clear mg - $2,200 - wired made in framce - non-wireless - Focal Bathys - wireless and wired - Sennheiser HD 660S2 - open backs (wired) - Sennheiser HD 800s open backs (wired) and Sennheiser HD 820 - closed back versions of the 800 - all made in France. All combined with a FiiO M17 - dac / dap / amp - AU$2,200 alone

Sound quality and staging is terrible on these, it’s all just mostly for show! Just like the AirPods max Expensive materials on the outside to hide cheaper materials on the inside (drivers)! At price point of 200 - 300 sure! 500 hell to the naw naw naw! Better to buy something form bang & Olufsen or bowers & wilkins with many decades of experience in the game of high end audio products and speakers but even they are no match for the accustic and sound performances of my focal bathys, mark levinson 5909 and dali IO 12s that i have laying around! Not to mention my Audeze LCD-5 and focal stellia with my mcintosh mha200 Keep sound to the big boys dyson and apple! stay in your lane with your vacuums, phones, tablets, and computers! The fact that they say shit about sound proves my point! More like a cashgrab than anything else Ashame that these type of headphones exist and that people are actually stupid to buy them 😂
