Long time fan, I never had a ‘complaint’ before. If I HAD to name one, it’s just the music playing through the whole thing. I like the animations, I can appreciate the level up in effort.

Just to clarify also. I am fan of your channel and watch every video…..because of YOU. You are the most interesting part of the content you produce; the reviews are good but we can watch product reviews anywhere, your USP is you mate, please don’t lose that, I think you would be doing yourself a disservice imho 👍

Big fan of your videos, have been for a long while. As a filmmaker I think its great you're looking to level up content, this is of course just my opinion but I think your presentations are enjoyable enough without the music. It feels a bit distracting from the great information you're sharing. Maybe uploading a version with and without could be nice for the divide there seems to be in your audience and also maybe gain extra views from the algorithms for more uploading? Saying all this with peace and love, as a fan. Thanks for all you do.

Let’s all remember that this man is trying to present products on sale by his employer, not just making content for your ASMR amusement. That said, Andy please make product videos for your ASMR only channel. Perhaps tech that you enjoy using and talking about that aren’t necessarily about product sales. I enjoy hearing you talk about tech that you’re excited about. It’s very relaxing. 👍🏽

I really don’t mind if the man presenting the videos is presenting products on sale by his employer. Main thing is that the video helped me solve a problem I couldn’t get solved anywhere else. Majority of people these days are very discerning shoppers and research for best and fairest prices before purchasing. Don’t think Lords Electrical operate here in Australia anyway. Cheers, Rebecca.

I have the cordless Dyson previous to the one you tested here, to help a back problem, and having owned it (and found it excellent) for a number of years, I wouldn’t replace it with anything but a more modern Dyson equivalent. Thank you for your very helpful and interesting videos!

Very surprised they are still on sale, we have ours for 5 years or so. Still going strong! One disadvantage compared to a classic corded vacuum cleaner, it’s too heavy for kids to use.

Just got mine and it looks great. But mine came with 2 vacuuming heads. One has a velvety roller. Is that for wood floors?

The one with the velvety roller is designed for hard floors only and is ideal for picking up larger bits like breakfast cereal. Hope you enjoy your new vacuum. 😊😊

Thanks for your reply. My new Dyson V8 arrived today (from Dyson in Spain). I’ve had the DC62 model for almost ten years and thought this would be an improvement. I’ve tested it and I am thoroughly disappointed. My old one has better suction on low power than the V8 has on high power. The V8 seems to have flimsier buttons etc. and I’m thoroughly underwhelmed. It’s going back to Dyson! I think I’ll keep my old one until it actually gives up. Then I will decide what to buy. Build quality is definitely worse.
