I've watched quite a few Dyson hair stylers vids and I'm SHOCKED at how much I learned about the devices in this vid 😳!!!! I honestly feel that I now understand the ins and outs of these beauties. Ok, they sound expensive but, when you think of all the money you've saved because you're not paying for salon blowouts, over time these will have payed for themselves.! So glad you did this before the Sephora sale.I have the Dyson hair dryer and love it! I use the comb attachment and no other hot tools. Always been curious about the Airwrap. Thanks for a thorough review. My hair is thick and long so the Air Wrap would probably not work for straightening my hair.

I just tried both brushes on the new Dyson airwrap and I loved my results. I prefer the blow out look for protective hairstyles. However, I don’t prefer my hair to be straight as I can’t keep up with the maintenance. The blowout is good enough for me and I am glad that I purchased the airwrap for this purpose. However, my hair doesn’t like the supersonic as it often leaves my hair stiff. Both have never damaged my hair and I only use heat once to twice a month. Thank you for this analysis. I was tossing up between the two but because I've got thick hair which can get quite frizzy, you have helped me make the decision about getting the hair dryer. Also because I've get only limited time these days

I mostly used the round brush with the airwrap because the curls never held and the regular dryer took too long. I decided to get something more like the Revlon blowout tool when I sold the airwrap and it worked so much better. If you have thick, coarse and long hair do not waste money on the airwrap.

I have the super sonic and air wrap as well as the straightener. I am bit of a gadget fanatic. I do have slightly wavy fine hair so I tend to use the Air Wrap the most - although I rarely use the wands for curly. I am also considering upgrading the attachment set for my Air Wrap to the new and “long” hair sets

Very helpful. I want these products for 2023 and was curious. I agree the supersonic does seem sleeker. The air wrap is good for coily hair that does a few blow outs.

My hair was too thick and long for the airwrap. I sold it after a year because I only used it about 5 times. Even just the dryer wasn't as good as my ion from Sally's. I do want the regular hair dryer because I know it blows harder and hotter than the airwrap.

I use the supersonic for a straight blowout and the Airwrap for curling. Supersonic takes me 11 minutes. My hair relaxes pretty straight so I don’t have to do much. But I think both are worth it.

I have both of these and after using them I bought a hot tools dryer. I have 3b/3c wavy hair and the dyson did nothing to my hair but made it a dry unmanageable mess….Love my Dyson fan/heater but the hair tools are meh 😕

Your review was so good! But I am still torn. I have fine hair and probably should do the air wrap since I do not want the heat, but the hair dryer is faster! I don’t like to spend a long time blow drying my hair. Which one is right for me?

I have the hair dryer and I never would have bought it myself, but I received it as a gift. Now that I have it, I would 100% buy it myself when this one dies. I have wavy/curly hair and this hair dryer with the diffuser is THE BEST. It has three heat settings instead of just two, and three speed settings. It dries my hair faster and my curls look better. I don’t actually care for it for blowing my hair out straight because I don’t care for the concentration attachment. But with the diffuser? Worth every penny. I’ve also heard a few people say that they don’t care for the new updated version of the Airwrap, that it doesn’t work as well. I don’t have either, so I have no idea if that’s true.
