Dystopian Wars has been floating just on the edge of my radar for so many years now, but I've never quite made the leap to start playing. Those new airships though... might tip the balance and get me playing. They look fantastic.

I have followed this game for some time and it's connected systems. I have never taken the dive, but this just looks amazing. I would love a chance to give it a go. The airships are just second to none.

I'd have to go with the Skies box. I'm one of the few people in the US who has a full Canadian fleet, so adding them to my collection just makes sense. I never had EnLiGhTeNeD, and I sold the bulk of my Russians long ago, so with Skies I could give my homeboy the Prussians to update his old fleet and keep the Canadians for sure.

As a player of Brittanian forces in the Spartan Games days, who has a few old Prussian ships through mostly second-hand means (I couldn't pass up the Imperium Iceberg Carrier Ship...), it looks like Surginium Skies is my game. If I were to sell my friend on it again, he played Antarctica and Russia (the latter he loaned out and never got back), so looks like Hunt for Prometheus is exactly made for him. Do miss the old lore a little, and the new names take some readjusting to (I'm also going to be hard-pressed not to stick two-headed eagles all over the Imperium ships before painting them Gold...), but I understand the desire to have a zoomed-out view of the Wild West Exodus World.

I am tempted by the sturginium skies box as it has two factions I can see myself collecting and playing. As a Brit the crown is a must but the imperium has some cool units and those airships…. Yeah I’m sold!

The Enlightened faction; seems to be an extension of the whole Columbia societal structure from Bio-Shock (3) Infinite.

Sturginium skies seems to have cool air units, but I feel like turning towards the other set… 😅 I am more interested to start with Russian commonwealth (if I find someone else at my local wargamers assossiation who wants to split the starter content) and later on starting a Scandinavian fleet. With these two I will be setting ”war over freeing the Grand Dutchy of Finland”… 😂

Thanks for the video. But something I am wondering about is the name for one of the Prussian airships Kriegsturm. It is German for war tower. Was that really the intention or is it a typo and they wanted to go for war storm? The name of the weapons and how you pronounce the name makes me guess the later, correctly the two syllables would be Kriegs-turm not Krieg-sturm.
