@@christianfender4734 use any of the other lvl 4s. He searched the tuner with harmonizing each time when there’s other 4s to use. Black fang wasn’t worth saving for instance.

Timebreaker magician is one of those cards that'll probably never be meta especially after pendulum nerfs, but is absolutely fucking broken and insane in any closed format I've ever seen them used in.

Summoning the Pet Dragon via Alluring Mirror Split is a nice way to get a decent-sized body on the field rather easily in Sealed Harpies, so it's a shame we never saw that happen. Even just as a wall in Defense position (2500, plus the 300 boost per Harpie on the field). Also in Sealed, I'd probably play one copy of Lady Sisters because it's an easy Lvl 5 or higher monster you can get access through Egotist. And when you have Channeler + Egotist, you can get Channeler, Sisters and Perfumer on the field with the usual combo, but then get 2 searches out of Perfumer (for example, like an Egotist and Mirror Split). Play the Egotist on the field, you now basically have 4 monsters, you can use the Sisters to link up into Conductor, and the other 4stars into Cyber Slash, etc. And you've got a Mirror Split on the backrow for protection. The issue with Harpies though it's that they're simply too high rarity to play in Sealed, imo. Missing Hysteric Sign is very tough (which definitely hurt here because it's your way to search Feather Storm which would have instantly stopped MBT for a whole turn basically, plus Hysteric Sign is easy to destroy with Conductor or Hunting Ground) Honestly I was impressed Dzeeff even managed to get his hands on a Cyber Slash, a Conductor and 3 Perfumers and 2 Channelers in 20 packs because believe me sometimes you can easily miss out on those and the deck instantly dies without them lol. 😭

Half serious/half joke question: have you ever been there for the deck building portion on the live stream? 90% of the time my deck is like 30 cards after playing the maximum copies of every playable card. The last 10 are just the trash needed to get to 40. You can sort of see how this works in today's deck, although admittedly my pulls were pretty good. Still, there were only 35 cards I wanted to put in the deck, so the other 5 had to be shit lol I didn't WANT to play Vampire Curse. I didn't WANT to play a Call of the Haunted that only works on two monsters in the deck. But I had no other choice other than even worse cards, so they made the cut. I'm just doing my best out here with 20 random packs :)

I was really hoping to see nirvana get summoned and MBT could've done it game 1 off the pen call. If he grabbed a timebreaker instead of the dragonpit magician he could've used the harmonizing summon effect to summon a second timebreaker. Use harmonizing and the timebreaker her effect summoned to go into his copy of lightning warrior, use lightning warrior and the pendulum summoned timebreaker to go into nirvana since it allows any pendulum monster that was pendulum summoned to be treated as a tuner. Was still fun seeing a deck I absolutely being played by MBT and him kicking ass with it though.

In G2 MBT made the mistake of overcommitting to a turn 1 pendulum without actually having the stuff that makes pendulum oppressive. During turn 4 Dzeef just had the long game on lock if needed, but MBT put his plays into top deck mode.

Fun fact - this is only sometimes true. While many of the HL have that as an effect, Cyber Harpie Lady’s namechange is a condition and wouldn’t be negated. I figured Doug was pretty much always an Egotist away so decided not to play it.

I've been having a lot of issues with this while trying to record collabs and so far the only trick that has worked has been playing at Table 2 instead of Table 1 in the lobby. I don't know why this should matter, but it's how we've gotten it to work the past two times we had issues (and nothing else would fix it). Hope this helps!
