Are there any weather resistant problems with the drop in filter ( like in the canon ef rf adapter)?

After watching CVP's review, this real world experience is a very good complement! We are thinking about purchasing this lens for our productions but we have thoughts about the plug-in filter system. Over the months that you were using the Catta Zooms, did you notice any issues with dust entering into the lens through the filter slot? We can see on your closeups that the lens could be easily cleaned but dust will reach the sensor nevertheless. Also: are they weatherproof?

I must admit - when I saw the thumbnail photo, I thought they were a couple of burritos. So I would’ve clicked the video either way haha. Jokes aside, the quality looks good and the outer appearance certainly sets them apart from nearly everything else in the lens pile.
