A great video to help test those tight hip flexor muscles. The PIR technique can be utilized with any muscle in the body and it really helps relax overactive or tight musculature. This muscle group can also be a big culprit of low back pain and confuse a lot of health care providers, so if they dont or if you dont look at this muscle you could be missing something!
