ഉറക്കം വരുമ്പോൾ അതിനെ കാണാത്ത പോലെ പഠിക്കാൻ ഇരുന്നാൽ പഠിക്കുന്നതൊന്നും തലയിൽ കേറിയെന്നു വരില്ല. എനിക്ക് പഠിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉറക്കത്തിന്റെ പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടാർന്നു. ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോ അത് തനിയെ മാറ്റിയെടുത്തു. ഉറക്കം വരുന്നു തോന്നുമ്പോൾ 10 മിനിറ്റ് അലാറം വെച്ച് വേറൊന്നിനെ കുറിച്ചും ചിന്തിക്കാതെ കിടന്നു നോക്കു. ഒരുപാട് മണിക്കൂർ ഉറങ്ങിയ ഫീൽ കിട്ടും. Bt അലാറം അടിച്ചാൽ അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ചാടി എണീറ്റ്‌ പഠിക്കാൻ ഇരുന്നേക്കണം ഓരോ ദിവസവും cover ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ഭാഗങ്ങൾ കംപ്ലീറ്റ് ആക്കാൻ നോക്കണം
