I'm a nurse. That guy David, his leg has something called Cellulitis. Its a really bad bacterial infection. Unfortunately it's not too much he can do for it as far as it 100 percent healing. Especially with him being out in the streets. He's probably going to lose it or worse. It's really sad, because he probably went to the hospital for it. But alot, junkies go against medical advice and leave the hospital because they can't do their drugs. So they leave so they can continue to get high.

If he cares about his life he'd have to go to a nursing facility to get the antibiotics going and stay there for 4-6 weeks.
