I'm sure it's great fun but it looks like they made things too easy. Like holding your hand every step of the way. I'm a total beginner to rc planes and I did fine with the earlier version of the Delta Ray which had a lot less safety features. I had a total of three flights and no crashes. And I could land just fine (cut the throttle a little early and glide down.) Spending a lot of time on a flight simulator beforehand helped a lot.

ThePlaneCrazyKid I’m a beginner to but how do you start it off I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but when I turn it on it take forever for me to get it going as if the plane isn’t working but I know it’s me not the plane

You guys should really put Safe + on a small brushed or even brushless quad for fpv. You would sell millions of them. Hubsan is putting it on their cheap quads now. The time is right

I'm an experienced rc pilot. This plane is a little twitchy imo. It's ok for experienced pilots, I don't recommend it for 1st time pilots.

it can fly in the wind but it will not look like its flying well, but it can handle a decent amount. lots of buffering and random movements in the air but still controllable with almost any umx.

The original Delta Ray was larger and looks very similar to this one. I have the original and it flies great. The only annoying thing about it is that I cannot trim it and it keeps flying around in circles by itself. It keeps circling away from me so there is a chance of a fly away.
