Actually the main church pastor has no connection with his church members but instead they have branch churches and groups called Life Groups they have good fellowship, the organizers/promotors and branch pastors do their level best to bind the group. Some pastors are well versed but feel captive....their condition is really pathetic. It depends on the fellowship....they take care of the Pastors too.
