Hey bro I have watched your videos.Really appreciate your work to make people aware. Actually i have sore throat and two hard lumps (on both sides )under my jawline. I have done 4th generation antigen antibody test after 27th day from the exposure, result came back negative.But these symptoms arr making me too much worried of HIV.I had protected intercourse only.But these symptoms still make me worry. Do you have any symptoms like mine and shall i need to test again ?

Matt i just watch all your hiv symptoms i really need help ... i just get all symptoms of hiv, i have fatigue,small rash in hand and sometimes very itchy all over my bodies,gastrointestinal,flatulency ,my mouth feel so acid,and i have angular cheilitis both lips,small flu like symtoms maybe,lost appetite,muscle pain on my legs,bit little headache, i have sweat but only in my both arms,cold sweat hands and legs...but i dont have diarrhea and limfadenopati .. i get that from unprotected with female sex worker..im not sex addict i just doing 3 times in 2 week because i just have alot money and dunno how to do it that day.. thats why i tried to going sex worker.. its been like for 76 days i wait for 3 months or longer.. since that 76 days i already check in Hospital..they check i have STDs i have gonnorhea, and clamydia POSITIVE.. i already test more i get medicine and antibiotik now both of std are NEGATIVE.. i denial to doctor i already told him i check HIV negative.. because its useless and nonsene its not been 3 months test are not valid..right bro.. i have no idea why my symptons till now not dissapear..i really scared of hiv all every day..idk what to do.. i want to go after 3 months or maybe 100 days for more valid..what should i do..it is if i get HIV may window period is taking forever?? or i just get phobia/anxiety..anw sorry for my bad english

It is probably a good idea to go for an HIV test so that you can be certain. Many different conditions will give these symptoms, but if you are concerned, get a test.

Yes you should have it check out as early as possible. Sometimes, it's in our heads so it's better to be sure.

Any simple suggestions to make feel the same... I got positive 3 weeks ago. It's so hard to handle this stress....

I understand what you're going through. It is so hard at the start. I can only say what worked for me and that is to look after yourself and give yourself as much time as is needed. Start reading up on the medication, and how little impact HIV will have on your life when it's controlled and you're undetectable. Talk to friends, family and people close to you if you feel comfortable to do so - to talk about it is going to be really important on your way to dealing with stress and understanding what's going on. There's also a lot of people on social media who are advocating, challenging stigma and showing what life is really like with HIV. Always feel free to reach out whenever you need.

@@meandhiv Thank you for sharing your story. I was stuck in the back with something. I think it was a needle by the guy sitting behind me. This happened alittle over 11months ago. I got really sick in the 8th month to 11month. Symptoms ulcers in mouth, night sweats, chills, fatigue, dizziness, 20lb weight loss, white tongue, tingle in fingers/ feet. I've done over twelve HIV test during this 11months, and all have show negative. I did HIV 1/2 4th generation ag/ab cmia four times. Did also a Hiv-1 RNA Qualitative PCR test that was not detected. I did a NAAT test that came back negative. I did a RNA RT PCR that said my value was
