So this happened at a concert in Paris. She had been going through a rough patch in her personal life. The fans approached the music director about them singing to her in tribute. So he agreed. Lara had no idea what was going to happen. As she sang Je Taime meaning I love you… the audience sang bank “we love you”. There was such an amazing outpouring of love for Lara..

As others have mentioned, this was great, however you don’t really see her true talent which is LIVING a song, bleeding emotions and taking you along for the ride. I would definitely suggest anything from her concert From Lara with Love... Je suis malade (in French but with subtitles!!! - the lyrics are key!) Adagio - it’s in English Broken Vow - also in English Caruso - in Italian. Those 4 are a great start to the Lara Fabian journey. I subscribed in hopes to see more of her on your channel! Thanks!!!

Although being a memorable performance, this song showcased more how her fans admire her than her true talent as the crowd was singing to her. If i can do any recommendations, i would suggest starting with the Concert “From Lara with love” with titles like Adagio, Caruso, Broken vow, Perdere l’amore, You’re not from here, and Je suis malade (with french/english subtitles), then move on to other major performances that she did like Extrait de Yentl, Ave Maria, Mademoiselle Hyde, Tango, Ti amo Cosi, and Requiem pour un fou.

Je T'iame is French for I love you The crowd was singing OM t'iame which means WE love you------You should have let the video continue to play to see the audience salute her

Well my friend, it was really a reaction "to the crowd", because in this performance our Lara almost didn't sing, so you don't see her real power and talent....Please react to one of her Masterpiece songs, called "Je Suis Malade", 1999 live version singing in french, and then you can react to "Broken Vow" 1999 live version singing in english so you can understand without the subtitles....And then, "Caruso" and "Perdere L'Amore" both singing in italian (one of her several idioms), or Adagio, 1999 live version in english, one of the Lara's songs singed by Dimash....I will wait for your new reaction to our Queen Lara Fabian...Here is my subscripcion to your channel.....Thank you!!

Je T'aime (I Love You - lyrics Lara Fabian and probably her most famous song). A fan yells "don't sing, Lara!" looking bewildered she hears her fans start singing. Lara starts with "you caught me off guard!" As she starts another fan cries out "don't cry. Lara". Her fans had contacted her pianist and arranged this epic and beautiful tribute to surprise Lara during a personal crisis of losing some close a few days before this concert. So 6000+ (some say up to 8000) joined in singing her song and when Lara sung: Je T'aime (I Love You) her fans responded: On T'aime (We Love you!). You would think that this was Freddie Mercury's last concert performed before a sold out concert!!

Back then she had a difficult time in her life (just got divorced). Her fans knew it and they wanted to let her know how much they loved her. They could speak to the pianist before the show. That's why the pianist stops to play, Lara looks at him not knowing why he stops and then the fans start the song, (not singing with her but singing to her). They modified the lyrics from "je t'aime" (i love you) to "on t'aime" (we love you).

Lara is a true master of the art. I wish Dimash would learn how to be genuine from her. Most of the performances I've seen of Dimash is just him trying to show off his vocal range. It's pretty amateurish.
