Yes, and if you don't pay NJ in a reasonable time they can forward it to PenDOT who can suspend your vehicle registration as of just 2023. This is how you know something is wrong in this country and state.

The whole thing is flawed in every state. There's absolutely no deal. I was actually paying more for ezpass than actually paying cash at the toll when I drove from PA to NJ for work everyday. It would be different if you payed a flat amount every month for unlimited use but God forbid any institution actually do anything in favor of or in benefit to working civilians.

Violate a E-ZPass rule and you're get 25 years in prison. But shoot, kill, assault or rob someone and there's no punishment.

Avoid toll roads and avoid EZPass. IMO EZPass is EZscam. If I do not need to take the NJ Turnpike or the Garden State Parkway, I will NOT. Even if I could use it I find that the Garden State Parkway is so boring that drivers fall asleep while driving. Only thing are trees and road. There is nothing there to make your mind active. No lights, no ad signs. So the mind and the driver gets sleepy while driving. Also avoid driving on toll roads because if you break down, AAA is not allowed to operate on the NJ Toll Roads. This way the Turnpike Authority Towers can gouge you out of your hard earned money. Oh by the way, back in the 1950's the State Highway route 444 (today's GSP) was to be a toll-free road. Government, "The tolls will be torn down once the road has paid for itself." So why are tolls still up?

Time to park your car in the toll lane and ask for a supervisor!! Nobody to take your money BUT theres a shiny new building full op PAYCHECKS always next to the toll lanes. BS I say !
