IF they actually came up with an overall website where you can search by plate number, for ALL tolls (including MTA), regardless of which state you drove through, it would be so much easier to determine which ones you owe on. The amount of snail mail from those sources makes it so overwhelming and difficult to figure out if you might be looking at the same toll. They need ultimate TRANSPARENCY. I think it’s intentionally OBSCURE, so they can add their hefty fines. We need help.

Are you able to help out with NJ? They’re claiming I have over $4500 in unpaid tolls, i’ve tried calling, emailing, faxing, talking to their robot, disputing, everything i possibly can. There’s a toll road I take to work every day and every single time I pay the cashier it dings me for being unpaid. Even when it says Paid on the screen. I’m not really sure what to do here. It’s complicated because majority of the violations tfrom the print out from mta are very questionable because i took my tag out of my car months prior and the paperwork shows my device being read when not in the vehicle and other violations no tag read

The Customer Service Center is not authorized to give discounts, agree to payment plans, etc. Nor do they explain to you in plain English the framework of what you are doing. They just want you to pay tens of thousands of dollars in the blind. You have to make an application directly to the tolling authorities to get any relief, reduction, payment plan, or an explanation of anything. It's very dishonest and misleading of them to tell you that a lawyer will do no good.

IMO I think EZ-Pass is just EZ rip off. I hear that aboutr 75% of transponders are faulty or do not work or do not work properly. So you get those extra fees from the State and/or agencies. meaning a $1.25 can go up to $36.25 or higher. I think the little sign that states you paid should not say, "go" it should say, "You're F**cked!" Give us all your money now. I think I liked it when their was tokens or something phsical to give the basket or the toll taker. So EZ=Pass is easy for the agenices because they don't have to pay anyone. They can make more money on fines and admin costs on the backs of drivers every day. I'm luck I do not need to take toll roads. I prefer either State highways non toll or even side roads like county roads. For example in the shore area of NJ, there is the Garden State Parkway. The only thing you see are trees and more trees and more trees. But I like to go to different area in my state via local and county roads. There are things to see and if you are tired you can go to a store or a diner/restaurant and have a bit to eat and you won't be gouged out of your mind when you buy your lunch/dinner as those Parkway Rest stop do. Remember before 1950's there was no Garden State Parkway. There was only Route 9 all they way from NY to Cape May. And to remember that here is an old song that went via the Shore roads instead of Route 9. I could delete this comment, but I am so glad you made it because it gives me a platform to explain what a free consult is all about and why, when people call a law office they should call with the expectation of spending money, and if they are flat broke and have no money to spend they are not going to get anything out of calling. I called, sent a text as requested by your site, I went to the address on your website which states is your office which it’s clearly not. As stated by the office manager on site as they were confused as to who who are none the less you called me as the manager and staff tried to figure out who you were & not even 15 sec after answering your call you immediately questioned me about why I was at that address & told me to pay you $625.00 before you could say another word to me & stated you could not talk to me about anything let alone consult me unless I payed the fee.
