E04 - 360 Stops

360 Stops are a useful pre-training exercise that you can integrate into your standard riding and start to learn switch without even knowing it! 360 spins are a great way to practice the edge changes you’ll need to do when going in and out of switch. Practicing them on every stop is a fun and easy way to practice these edge changes.
This is a useful drill that you can use every time you stop on your Summerboard, and can help you if you aren’t fully ready to jump into the deep end on switch training - or if you just want a way to practice switch even when riding in your regular stance.
