Randy, with all that pipe allowing the vapor to cool inside the piping, I would be concerned that a small amount could condense to a liquid and run back down into the second thumper jar as a liquid. I agree, the vapor will not likely flow back into the second thumper but that liquid could be fairly high in foreshots. I am thinking when I build my thumper jars I will add a Tee and a 90 in such a way to prevent any liquids from running back into the second jar. You might also consider adding a piece of pipe along the top just to stiffen and stabilize the length of piping during the set-up and tear down. All that weight needs to be supported.

Randy, Couple things. Think about adding 1/2 inch npt threaded 90 degree Shark Bite fittings from homedepot/lowes. (Solder 1/2 nipples to water inlet & outlet) Then you push to connect them onto your condenser cooling water inlets/outlets. That way you swing them 360 degrees in any position you want for your hose connections. (I did this on all my reflux condensers and product condenser) You may want to add a kick stand to your condenser. Once that 1 inch pipe fills with water it's going to have a lot of weight and stress on the last joint. Cheers Randy! Still don't like the glass thumps... :/

Run two condensers. One condenser for the heads so not to contaminate the thumper and worm and switch over to 2nd condenser once heads have been burned off.

Randy I think you may run into pooling of distillate at the valve trying to go up the pipe you may want to turn the valve side ways run the pipe all on the same level

@@stillworksandbrewing seems like would be guaranteed to transfer flavor into the distillate. I've never tried but makes sense to put concentrated flavor in the thumper so it would last the entire run

They're pretty easy to make yourself if u can get ur hands on some sheet copper. the seals/gaskets, u can get at a home Depot or Lowe's. Or there is one website that I definitely know will have what u need, it's philbillymoonshine.com . I don't know how much evrything will run u though hope that helps
