Thank You . What a great journey ! I know the area around Kamakura and Ofuna very well and have been on this train as far as Omiya .

Thank you for your comment. Exactly, Omiya is very far from Kamakura. Kamakura and Ofuna are good area with many traditional temples, good residential and green space. I'm glad you to enjoy my video.
Thank you for another great train ride in your wonderful country. Best regards from your friend in New York, Ted-san.

Japan Train Viewing Thank you SO much!!! Your translation was perfect! That was EXACTLY what I was looking for! That video review of one of the racquets the Japanese tennis pros tested (Pro Kennex Q30) was the ONLY video review of that particular racquet in ALL of KZbin! I REALLY appreciate your help on this! Have a great day! Best regards, Ted (or Ted-san)

Japan Train Viewing I work from home mostly, so I have your train videos on in the background on my TV while I work all the time. It's very relaxing! I enjoy them a lot. Thanks again for making them. It's nice to see so many parts of Japan that I wouldn't be able to ever see but for your videos. I like all the houses and apartments that are close to the train tracks. Very interesting design! Anyway, have a great rest of the week. Best regards, Ted (and sometimes Ted-san)

Do the trains running on the Shonan-Shinjuku Line have restrooms onboard? Almost three hours can be a long time without a restroom!
@TransportViewingArchives7 жыл бұрын
There are three or four restrooms in this train of Shonan-Shinjuku Line.
@RiveraMichael45673 жыл бұрын
@@TransportViewingArchives That's surprising. I thought only certain limited express trains and all shinkansen trains would have restrooms.

One thing I notice about JR East trains is that the pre-recorded and conductor announcements on the train in Japanese (like the one in this video) are easily understandable to anyone fluent in standard Japanese. When you listen to the announcements on JR West trains on their "Urban Network" in the Keihanshin region, while the conductor tries to speak standard Japanese the various Kansai dialects comes through at times.
@TransportViewingArchives10 жыл бұрын
Sacto1654 In whole of Japan, all conductors and recorded announcements on the train use in standard Japanese. Unfortunately, they don't use their dialects on their trains...
