Guys for all the people keep saying Asuka is either Jun's niece or daughter she is neither. Harada-san the franchise's producer/boss and the Tekken team confirmed that Asuka is just a relative to both Jin/Jun in clan's sense not blood-wise. He even stated that's complicated to explain it in context of how they are related and follow it up that both their relationship and her purpose will be explain in the near future games. The team even admitted that in Tekken 5 some fans thought that Asuka is was some sort of lost daughter to Jun which been denied because Jin been with his mother(who was still single at the time due to Kazuya fall from grace literally by Heihachi) ever since he was born until her disappearance when he was 15, and some fans even speculated that Asuka maybe something more to Jin when they finally meet canonically due to the fact that her ending in 5 revealed that she possess the same angelic power that her relative have(which the team confirmed) and it also showed that Asuka and Jin meeting in that end kinda pokes fun at Kazuya and Jun meeting. It also references of how most male protagonists meet their other half in most shows/movies. And important thing that most Tekken fans missed is that Both their stories so far mirrors Jun and Kazuya very well because if you played all of the games so far you will see that ever since Jin took over hus grandfather's organization in 5 his actions in 6 mirrors his father's action from 2(which is perform chaos). Just like his father they both had a purpose of why they perform such evil deeds around the world in which both Asuka in 6 and Jun in 2 thought the person those events was just purely evil and they both wanted to capture and punish them. As for Jun she was determine to find and stop the evil Tyrant until she finally confronted Kazuya face to face(with the help of the mysterious attraction of their powers) and immediately saw that the man in which many people observe as the main villian of the series was just a troubled man who didn't had much in life and was being manipulated/inspired by an evil force all this time. There at the sametime she fell in 💘 with him and the same with Kazuya to Jun in which he saw purity and seen a mysterious positive being/nature by her side.

She is neither Jun's daughter or niece it's been confirmed she is a relative in clan sense by Harada-san numerous times in interviews. He confirmed multiple times also in his twitter page and there a specific hidden reason why he made her non-blood related but still comes from the same clan in which there some fans who speculated about it and what's going to happen in the near future.
