Whats the point of having an owners manual when you print it in so small to save money that I cant even read it with a magnifying glass? The bottom slider whatever it is is too low in my Iphone to touch it. How do you flip the video so it isnt upside down? An installation guide for Iphone and MacBook would be great too. SO many questions that could have been answered if you only wouldnt have printed a manual that even an ant needs a magnifying glass to read.

You know something?...I recently got this lightbulb camera from amazon for my mom when she got her new house & I liked it some much that I got another for myself *both cameras use the V380 app & it's super easy to set-up & use, it doesn't force you to get sign up for a sub ...however, I recently decided to go back to Amazon & get another for my front door & to my displeasure I received this camera w/ this other app...so that means I had to dl another app & it's such a pain in the ass to set this one up...I was really hoping I was getting the camera that used the V380 app & now I'm pissed haha

Same here, it has internet access on wifi but unable to update it's firmware to latest. Video streamm works as long as it's on its own access point without internet connection. Starts complaining about outdated firmware as soon as it has internet access. Instructing to get the update, but nothing ever happens. Did system restore a few times. Now I'll try hard reset.

Why can't you? That's what the app is for. You need to be somewhere that has WiFi as far as I know. I have other cameras and that's how they are.

It is not a sim card. What is needed is a microSD card and no it does not come with one. You have to buy separately which you can get at an electronic store that sells cameras or cell phones or online. No security cameras come with microSD card.

Don't buy this 👎 this is pretty useless! The app. Is buggy. I have a hard time to configure the cameras to connect to the main WiFi router but it simply cannot. Nothing works except by direct connection to the cameras itself which is very hassle because you need to manually switching to the cameras and by doing so you need to disconnect to your main router which is defeat its purpose. Also it doesn't have any ipx protection so you cannot install them outside. 👎👎👎 If someone trying to sell them on fb pls. Ignore them.
