You don’t need a blower motor, just lubricate the bearings, that’s why the resistor blew

i have exactly the same problem you had. speeds 1 2 3 do not work, except 4 which is noisy and loud. Meanwhile, are you able to do a video on brake pedal going soft losing pressure and ABS issues. A video to replace and address this problem will be helpful. I suspect the brake pedal maybe due to a failing master brake cylinder whose internal seal has given way. Because there's no fluid leaks at all. Fluids level stays the same. The first time i step on the pedal, it is straight soft nearly to the floor and i have top pump like 2 times in order to build the pressure. But holding the pressure on the pedal gives way to soft pedal. I asked a friend of mine that very old dot 4 fluid can cause loss of pressure? Is this likely? the fluid has never been changed for 5 years but the car has only since been driven for 6000 km since.

Hi. You might also have air in your brake system. I don't really know much about old brake fluid being soft. What I would do is flushing the brake fluid system and use new synthetic DOT 4 brake fluid to replace the old fluid to see if that will improve it.

Mine blew, but the motor is also old. It should be replaced as well. Too loud.

Yeah man, with that in mind, I'm still willing to ride the low view counts for a while just to get this E30 project moving forward. It's an investment. In the beginning, taking things off is boring for sure. Later on, it should be pretty exciting during installing cool aftermarket parts and tuning stage. I'm only working on this car in the summer, I will get back to RC soon. I might let someone else make RC videos during this time. Will see.
