I always like your videos, very informative and just enjoyable to watch. There is one thing I've noticed you do differently than most other youtubers. Such as the lock tight for the screws. Most others will just blow past the error but you make the correction, tell us what we "should" do and move on. I like that. Others seem to have too much ego.

@@AMPROEngineering yeah, too true for most people. Me included. Anytime you do something that others can see, someone will find fault, real or not. I think taking the high road to own it up front takes the ammunition from those armchair quarterbacks.

I can see where that shackle issue would get really annoying really fast! The center skid seems to be a very good upgrade as well. I assume it does increase the driveline angles which looked pretty sharp. I assume everything still moves and feel free once you got it in there. I have toyed with the Idea of getting a leaf spring truck but have not done so as it seem they are very finicky and can have a fair amount of issues. That and the prices on them are kind of silly!

These mods still keep all the driveshaft angles well within safe engagement angles. They made a huge difference, especially that skid plate. I happen to love leaf sprung trucks but if you are coming from a 4-link, you may be a little shocked.

@@AMPROEngineering Yeah all mine are linked tracks and I have never driven or even held a leaf sprung truck. I know they are a whole different driving style and feel so i am very curious and will probably get one. Just haven't felt it was the time to plunk that much money down on one!

Can you add a comparison of the two shackle mounts? It doesn't look any more curved than the once on my current TF2 and are they machined aluminum?

I just bought a new TF2 and it looks like they changed it. This has been an ongoing issue for 15 years now and they FINALLY seem to have listened to people.

They likely will but I have not tried them here. I think RC4WD fixed these on later models.
