Absolutely my friend! Bear in mind what you see and hear are from two different sources. I had one GoPro mounted on my dash (what you see), and another actually on my rear bumper just above the exhaust (what you hear). Still, with my exhaust set up, its noise drowns out anything from the K&N filters, even with the windows up. Perfect setup for me. :) At some point, I'll do this again but with my boom mic instead for much higher quality audio (and when it's not a horsepower-sapping 100 degrees outside).
