AUX is now working in my 2004 BMW 545i - everyone told me it would be $$ 2500-3500$ for a new setup. ROSKINC sent me the blue tooth adaptor and I ordered my coding kit on ebay. thanks so much!! my car is booming and its not just the FM/AM stereo any longer!!

Hello Mr, I bmw e60 year 2004 525 d, the problem is that the old propriotaire me sold me without mulf nor combox bi charger cd so I have to audio but fiber optic cable and other cables are available in the trunk quote left, could you tell me what I should do to have the same please

When you say about rhe kit being pre programmed.... Am i right in thinking that if the entire CIC system has been removed from the same car and i fit it all into my car, it should just work? Or will i still need to code some bits in?

@@mondaythe10th the person I got it from had it all pre programed so I just installed it. If you buy the parts on your own you’ll have to have it programed.

Hi! Did this retrofit on my E63 M6 a couple of months ago, but my TV tuner doesn't work - I hear audio but see no video, just noticed yours does work... did you have to swap any pins etc to make it work? :)

You need to install the tv tuner module.

Does the climate control all work well? The heated seats and such. I've been meaning to get the cic installed but it's way pricy for the entire kit. I'm glad that if I do buy it, I can use my original climate bezel like you did.

MakeYourself1987 yes my climate controls work fine, it's when you swap to lci controls you have to do some wiring to get it to work fine, but that's only if you use lci panel and lci climate controls, since I used my original control and panel nothing needed to wire and works fine

My screen on my CCC is blank for 4 days now but you can hear the radio. Does this mean the CCC is shot?

possibly but the cic upgrade isnt as nice as it was years ago, if i was you i would get a replacement CCC and then get the android screen, way more functions. cic is nice but when i did the cic retrofit the android units wernt out yet.

I didn’t really know about the Android retrofit instead I went with bimmertech and got that hookup with backup camera. Since my screen is blank I can’t even see my camera when backing up sucks for me.

It does not... Get an android compatible infotainment unit. The bluetooth that came factory, in these cars, is only for phone calls.

Ehab NI unbolt the two torq screws and then it slides out, just disconnect the wire harness.

Ehab NI yes you will need new screen. Old screen use a different connector. Won't work using old screen.
