E90 M3 Interior Swap DIY Dashboard Removal and Install

E90 interior dashboard removal and install guide on our friend’s E90 M3. He wanted to swap the dash to match the rest of his interior mods such as his Recaro bucket seats. This DIY is fairly long process and involves removing many parts such as steering wheel, clock spring, I drive, gauge cluster, and more. We also dyed the leather on the glove compartment to match. Why didn’t you just dye all of the leather? I would not want to lose the leather dash. Congratulations on a great job though!

Thanks! Great suggestion. The owner hadn’t thought of that and just wanted to go with all black interior. You’re right though, the extended leather dash option is quite nice.
