HOW TO Remove BMW E90 E91 E92 E93 3 series Dashboard

As a person who did 1/4 of this work - I removed only central console in e92, I can only attest that this video is top notch. One thing - ebrake has spring release, you can set the lever almost vertical makes work much easier. That's one thing I've missed.

As everyone has said , EXCELLENT VIDEO. By far one of the best! I know it seems obvious but you might want to mention how you got those T20 screws out of the top of the dash. The rake of the windshield makes it tough and you probably want to use a ratchet with socket to hold the T20 bit. 😃

This video is amazing dont get me wrong but 1 thing is different in my car I have a storage box by the stearing wheel and the cable by the ebrake I cant find its tucked in behind. But amazing video has really helped and I wouldn't have been able to so it without you. Also if anyone is going to do this themselves get some plastic bags and put the screws for each thing in different bags and mark them really helps

for removing the top trim with the hazardlights and so, you can actually push the little block with the hazard lights out to the front, which makes disconnecting the cables super easy

I'm getting dashboard rattle near windshield in e92, hence my visit here. Any ideas what might be the cause? Dash was perfectly silent until now - car is 17 years old. As stated in my other comment, great vid with amazing attention to detail.

Hey awesome video is there anyway i can contact u directly im trying to change the ac door actuator on driver side and was wondering where the location was for it. I cant find it anywhere thats why im looking at removal of the dash to see if i can spot it. I just need to know the location a picture or something if u can help. I was hoping it was under the steering wheel by foot area because if its dash removal then looks like im doomed. I have a baby and leaving window open isn’t helping hope to hear from u soon. I have a question, I have a e90 without navigation. So no screen in the middle. Just a flawless dashboard. Lets say i want navigation + complete dashboard. (Same dash as the video) Am i able too just plug n play a new dashboard into my car? (The one with an arch and navigation model in the middle) It feels and looks like the same dashboard too me. Just with an extra arch in the middle and navigation model. Has anyone done this? Is this possible? I cant seem too find an answer about this or topic.

The dash cover is in the way. You might get to one but. there are many.
