Hey Docksy ! Not sure if you're gonna read this, but i wanted to point out that in this year's youth academy, there is a possibility to make the potential of a player go up if you find the right development plan. Also, you can save time deleting your read emails all in one click using the L3 button. Cheers mate ! It's always a pleasure watching your videos.

I feel you shouldn’t be open to selling your players every single time, a big team comes in. One in a while sure, but I think it should more reflect their personality/loyalty. Look at Marc guehi for crystal palace, vardy for Leicester, zaha for palace. There all stayed in their primes despite big deals

They should Introduce a loan back for the rest of the season. That happens quite often in real life. You can sell and January and guarantee to keep the player for the rest of the season

You should do development plans for all of your players(first team and youth) rather than keeping it on balanced You have many young players that can grow easly but if you keep them on balanced they are gonna grow like 1 or 2 overall a season. If you want to improve your team you should grow them with targeted development plans.

Docksy! Dawg if you want to find the world class players then stop sending them to countries who don’t produce great or good players already . Some of the countries you pick it feels like they have a way less chance. I even tried doing it and the best players I ever got was from England ! I tried new countries for the rest and all duds. Just my observation
