Is there any way there can be a change to the “cleat color” option? I think it should be moved from the uniform change menu, to the player edit menu. I’ve seen players across the league have different color cleats, even as a team. Clear color customization should be a player edit option, not a team uniform option. just my thoughts

They should really make it like the shows options and you can customize the gloves and cleats with the particular teams colors that you are on. I may be weird, but my biggest tote peeve with the equipment in Madden is that you can just change the logo color or mix and match your teams colors on the gloves or cleats. I understand not allowing you to use colors that are not part of the team, but if your player is on the titans, they should have all the titans colors available to them. The real players are always using different go loves with those kind of combinations on sunday

Literally told my friend about the fantasy draft change to contracts and didn't known if it was intentional or not! Doing a fantasy draft was awesome but it made free agency extremely boring the first few years becuase the top players would have the longest contracts. With the new structure free agency is immediately interesting even after the first off season.

The features I want to see are: 1. More love for the special teams. I want to be able to play as a kicker. Why is there no special teams coordinator…. 2. Real assistant coaches/coordinators. 3. Bigger stadium capacities for rebuilds. A lot of the time when you rebuild a stadium / relocate you have to LOSE capacity on existing stadiums. Why can’t they make bigger stadiums or more variations control on the stadium. I.e select a sphere stadium but be able to choose your capacity…

the majority of the madden community is in agreement that the gameplay has improved while there will be things they can improve even more that’ll occur with time and the updates. but I believe they can further update the equipment in the game and add the face scans for sure im a player that will play cfm and mut so the game play matters but i do cfm for the customization aspect on the players that’s something I feel should change and improve.

I think the issue here is, it's not that they can't do what modders do, which is essentially reskinning what's already there. It's that they have a legit way of doing it but within that is always a long line of processes and chains of command that stuff has to go through. A modder doesn't have to answer to anybody. With that said, they are too slow.

As someone who plays pretty much exclusively fantasy draft Franchise, the main issue in the past with fantasy draft contracts is that the contract length directly corresponded to where the players were drafted. This meant that all the best players from every team would go to free agency in the same years. On the flip side, it made free agency pretty much irrelevant for the first two years.

Madden 22 is pretty solid. Off the top of my head I see 4 issues. 1. Some dudes are too fat (Hoe Hips) 2. Blue chip routs and flat footed olinemen don't block blitzers well at all. At best they will get in their way. Max proed RBs are slightly better 3. When QBs are inaccurate they are too inaccurate. 4. I'm going to keep saying it. We need *hybrid and special teams positions*.

The issue with fantasy drafts were that every player got a 4 year deal, so all of free agency for the first 3 years was fullbacks, punters, kickers, and released players.

Two things come to mind: 1) We better maintain the ability to edit rosters and manually choose those at the start of a new franchise season, and use the edit capabilities to make any willy nilly changes we want in our own franchise games. 2) On top of the specifics above, the natural game development changes are good but rather than limiting something like Speed to only 1 point (without manually editing) the natural growth range should really be bound to the player's age. If they come into the NFL very young then there's more opportunity to continue to develop and see changes, including in aspects like height and weight, while older players have likely (but not always) grown into a mature/established baseline. That said, I feel like certain attributes should allow more more leeway (strength can grow more than your speed via advanced training). Just food for thought. Please share these points with the Madden team.

All-pro seems a lot easier this year. Last madden I was barely winning games, mainly just getting destroyed on D unless I change sliders. I didn't change any sliders this year and won 3 games in a row by 30+ points. One game I was up 28-0 with 10 minutes left in the 1st quarter.

I'd love it if they fixed their trade logic. Set up a franchise and just in preseason: Broncos trade for Kareem Hunt and trade away Sutton, Packers trade away Lazard and Bengals trade away Higgins. None of those things make any sense

Personally, I'd rather have the jersey's remain legible than have them get crazy. BTW, please stop suggesting that the lack of player scans is the result of a team or individual player. Maybe this was valid years ago, but mobile scanning has been used by Madden for years now, so it's really just a case of how often they choose to use this and since Madden sales well exceed $1.5 BILLION DOLLARS (not million, but billion) there's no good reason for them to fail at making this happen. NFL team's don't control 100% of a player's time during the season, much less off season. Players largely want to get scanned, but rightly expect that the Madden team will invest the time and energy to facilitate this rather than forcing the player to make it easy for Madden. Madden is a business and needs to conduct itself as such and own the responsibility and cost to get this done, not the reverse. In fact, the Madden team should really be building a robust library of face scans to use as avatars for draft classes and this work could easily start in college, bonus if the player happens to make it into the NFL when they could use a newer scan or rely upon a college scan should this not happen in the rookie's first year - and gamers should be able to edit/select between different scans for created and existing players, period. Madden needs to stop with the excuses, and get the work done reflective of a billion dollar piece of IP that they have.

Been playing franchise mode and some crazy stuff been happening. 1. One regular season game would not let me switch from the practice jerseys. I go into the game and there are no announcers. I thought ok then there was no score or downs displayed on the screen. How are you suppose to know what down it is 😂. Then after the first quarter I was like enough with this. I quit the game thinking it was going to sim to the end but it just quit and gave me the 14-0 loss from the 2nd quarter. 2. Devonta smith just disappears after the 2nd quarter. Literally did not go on the field. I checked the injury report and he was not injured. I even switched him around on the depth cart and still did not see him on the field. Has this stuff happened in franchise mode to anyone else?

Fantasy draft leagues basically don’t have a FA period worth anything for at least 4 seasons. And even then, you’ve had no issue resigning guys to that point so cap doesn’t matter until After about 7 seasons

Same thing with NHL the game won't have third, reverse retro, or stadium jerseys until the team reveals them and the season starts. The stadium series straight up will not be available until they play the game.

I would like to see the AI to react better to plays that have been ran more than once or twice in the game. The more you run a play the more likely the defense will pick up on it and start shutting it down.

Limiting physical growth stats to 1 is a terrible idea. I guarantee I could find a player whose speed rating in 23 is 3 or 4 points higher than it was in 20 or 21. Some guys are still building their physical strength when they get to the NFL.

i completely agree if you’re doing a cfm and you’re playing for years and years they should be able to advance by like 3 maybe 4 maybe not a guy going from 90 speed to 98 speed but 88 speed to 92 speed is realistic and also Guys getting stronger and more agile is definitely a thing humans don’t stop becoming better especially since they train at it.

Bro madden be glitching when I play face of franchise. The camera will move to like a sky view that goes above the stadium and have me running the play and I can't see jack squat. Only way to change is to call timeout, or audible to running play, run the play then the next play goes back to normal.

The changes to fantasy draft could add to your draft strategy. For that 3rd round that only gets a 1 year contract, you would have to be more mindful of who you draft

I cant be the only one struggling on all madden with offense, right? I was really good with madden 22 but madden 23 theres not alot of time to throw as the oline isnt great and nearly every receiver is covered. My face of the franchise is so glitched out. From the menus being invisible. From it taking me to a totally different menu from what I select. From it kicking me to the main menu. Now I can no longer do my weekly objectives.. wtff!!

Playmaker doesn't replace Route Runner. Playmaker is Route Runner. I've played through about 20 years of Franchise and I have not seen a single JKM, BTK, or BCV upgrade in the upgrade pool. It's all route running attributes
