It's a shame you're still not considering PSVR2. After spending hundreds of hours in DR1 in PSVR I can't go back to pancake. Tried it with Dirt Rally 2.0 because I was hoping that it would be also released to PSVR1 but couldn't play it like on a TV anymore. Right?! We can race 20 other players in highly detailed vehicles and with zero framerate issues on GT7 with PSVR2. So a rally game with one vehicle at a time would be a cakewalk (for a competent AAA development team). I smell bias against console players. Glad I realized they weren't including PSVR2/PS5. I was about to encourage my friends to finally get this game.

@AmbientMike Sorry, but VR exclusivity to racing games for GT7 is the dumbest thing I've ever heard... Like... Do Sony want the thing to sell? Or not? Because racing games and first-person shooters are the primary sellers for VR headsets. So I doubt that's the reason. Developers just don't want to suppPSVR2 because of the smaller install base. And the only reason people aren't flocking to PSVR2, is because AAA devs aren't supporting it. It's a catch 22. But if Sony announced a VR partnership with Take Two for GTA6, it'd be a wrap. The thing would sell shiploads.

try lowering your car reflections setting to ultra low if your GPU usage is low. The car reflections cause a CPU bottleneck.

@@RoniNiklas it is on ultra low but on any other game the GPU performance at its max 99-100% but here no we don't need the extra power from the GPU and the extra fps. It so badly optimised that even if you have a 2070 or a 4090 you have the same fps. I believe that there is a cap at performance from consoles where they chase 60fps and here we have some kind of bug that " doesn't need" the extra power from the card.also when at rally school lessons the game performs as it should with 99%gpu usage and much more fps check for your selves

( Sony don't exactly shout from the hilltops about anything) you are missing a golden opportunity here.. with foviated rendering this would actually look really good. The amount of people that went as far as buying a rig through the immersion that GT7 in PSVR2 has brought to there lives is quite shocking and you shouldn't underestimate it. I would get in there first before ports are made once psvr2 has its PC support if i were you. You have a big market of PS5 owners and you can get away with it at 60hz like GT7 has with the use of FR and eye tracking. You going to need this 90hz minimum on PC to not make people sick..
