Excellent job....well done. Thank you. Just finishing up an RV-10 w 3 G3Xs and the GTN 650. As a 32 year airline pilot about to retire, I’m blown away by what this system can do. Just fired up the panel this week....now to figure out how load the current software.

Awesome video. Just about to get me A36 back with a new interior…and a pair of G3X, GTN750, GFC500…..is there a Garmin network of instructors (Dallas area) to get me comfortable IFR (tried a G1000 school….not the same) ? Also, in approach mode for an ILS/GPS you set the alt pre select for the missed….but did not see the step downs before the FAF/ glide slope…does the GFC do them….or do you do this after the final step down inbound to the FAF?

Very nice presentation...I was surprised that nothing was said regarding VOR navigation/VOR tuning. I was looking at the panel to see where my Nav Freq's would be displayed but didn't see them?

Apparently those are going away, the same as Loran and ADF. There was an article in Aviation Consumer suggesting that we not even install VOR receivers anymore.

nice,,, i would like as an option as well for vnav to set a FPA like the g1000 has .. ie 3 degrees as a default and able to change that in settings at anytime the vnav is not active
