So. Fun fact about GT, Burcol. Toyotaro was tasked with, if i remember correctly, with finishing Toriyama's latest dragon Ball project begot he passed. Toriyama stated it would tie gt in properly. If it's finished, it'll officially make ssj4 the STRONGEST transformation to date. Granted, i am a bit biased towards gt, as i love the style, villains, and forms. However, i am able to say this from an unbiased view, as i can see god and such being MUCH stronger currently. Gt takes place 8 years after the current point in Super, where pan is 5, and 7 years after the very end of Z. With GT not being canon currently, essentially any form after ssj3 can be considered stronger than ssj4.

To summarize: if GT weren't labeled non-canon by an angry Toriyama cause of fans trashing GT, SSJ4 would be the strongest form to date. Due to canon, it currently isn't.
