Every time I see Jenn on screen, it makes me happy. I’m still sad she never came back for a second season. She was reality TV gold. Just absolutely such a chill person but still is entertaining as well. Not to mention she kept getting stuck with the most bizarre people on her tribe and her reactions to them were just amazing. Plus she stayed friends with basically everyone from her season afterwards, which I think speaks to her character.

I haven't seen South Pacific since it aired when I was a kid and remember almost nothing about it. So that Sophie clip genuinely surprised me. I know context is missing and that her and Albert were allies but asking him to drop his stack and pick hers up is crazy. That's a good clip for moments you wouldn't expect from a winner video lol

They needed to beat ozzy to stand a chance of winning, it was ozzy against everybody, and on this challenge sophie was the only one close to ozzy but had not enough blocks to continue and albert was miles away so she wanted him to pick some up for her so they can beat ozzy

@@ejirokirishima4604not even remotely true, we just saw that she didn’t have even pieces to make it to the top and would’ve had to start over near the bottom and build up again with less pieces so she was much further from winning However her and Albert did not get along this season and Albert was kinda an ass to her at times too so I think it’s a funny moment

I always felt bad for Jacob. His cast didn't really have a lot of die-hard nerd fans of the show like in MvGX or DvG that he could've bonded with. Though his efforts on Malolo didn't help him much either...

I don’t know about that. Michael and Stephanie were admitted super fans, and Brendan had been applying for 15 years. I watched ghost island again recently and it really seemed to be his behavior in hindsight.

​@@kingofthorns203 i haven't watched ghost island but just from those clips it seems like he went in with the mindset of already being an outcast. There's plenty of examples of nerdy superfan types fitting in with the "bros" and the more popular castmates. You can also see examples of how drastically certain players of this archetype improved when they gained some more confidence: David Wright, Cochran, Audrey, etc. His mindset was definitely a big factor. If he's going to judge them stereotypically - they will return the favor

This always confused me about some of the newer players. A lot of people forget that Survivor isn't just about gameplay. It's about... surviving. It's in the name of the show! The calculated gameplay is always fun, but the wilderness survival aspect of Survivor is what really allures me to the show. I think I'd really enjoy being in a competition about living in the wilderness. I just don't have the heart to carry out the ruthless strategies necessary to win, and I think that'd make me an easy target once I outlive my usefulness, assuming I don't screw up.
