another question, why isn't the rgb files included in the stack. am i only seeing the mono nebula and the mono star files?

You create the RGB stars with the Channel Combination process by combining the Red, Green and Blue mono files.

hi craig, i don't have enhanced stars process and i don't know what settings you had for spcc. i did not get the same results. i stopped at star x and noise x. so my stars only image has many more stars than you have.

The Enhance Stars just boosts saturation and reduces green with SCNR, but it’s not necessary. I reduce the stars in Photoshop by darkening that layer with a Levels Adjustment Layer.
