Bedrooms could be bigger like you stated...does the backyard face a main street? I think the yard looks fine without a pool...notice that you always say room for a pool...lol not everyone wants that headache... Kitchen island is small and a bit cramped with the dining table. Stair railings could be better since it's a nice entryway. Nice courtyard at front of house. Double doors would be a plus...
