Shouldn't a washer pan be a requirement? I would never a laundry room upstairs... Too bad the builder didn't change out the plain stair railings out for a more dramatic look. Same old push in stove and microwave above. Really surprised this builder did include a back splash in kitchen and extended the countertop. .. bedrooms are on the small side. Nice flooring downstairs. Backyard feels clostrophobic with that retaining wall and planter, a potential buyer could submit an offer in the mid 450,000s not pay full asking price.
