He started talking to another team mate and they had similar emotional stress, fears, anxiety, societies addiction to social media to our detriment. your choice about whom associate with. what influences do we allow in ours lives, are we making healthy choices and decisions. and DEPRESSION downward spirals, BIG PHARMA and mental health medications. Not functioning at all. I AM SO IMPRESSED BY Lane Johnson!! sharing is caring. He clearly cares about himself and now is able and chooses to help others who have struggles similar to what he has suffered through and gotten much better. I learned Lane Johnson's name while watching the Philly Christmas music video with two other Eagles i think. I wish you a Happy Thanksgiving and a healthy loving successful life now and in your future,

I felt how he felt when I started taking adderall. It helped me stay productive, but I lost touch with myself and others. Double edged sword

It's not a disorder if most people experience it. It sucks, but depression and anxiety are normal and have a functional basis. You have to look inward to make use of the emotions. They are telling you something is wrong and needs to change. Medication wont help in the long-term. It may make things worse. A pill doesnt supply you social connection, love, purpose, or meanining. Sometimes all that needs to change is your perception and priorities.

That's not easy when you have chronic depression clinical depression and you are having suicidal ideation, also living on your own and isolated. Then medication has a purpose to get you safe and able to get well and to work well with a therapist
